Analyst Production GM Office LPIC OPS
Planning, executing and
monitoring of all production processes at Liwa Plastic Industries Complex
(LPIC) Operations under GM Liwa Plastic Industry Complex (LPIC) Operation
scope; in conjunction with LPIC Operations function head, Area Managers, though
executing and monitoring of production processes as well as for managing
production incidents. This includes
troubleshooting and escalation of incidents and anomalies in processing at
steam cracker unit, extraction unit, Utilities, PyGas MTBE & Storage, Propylene
(HDPE/LLPE) and Polypropylene; in order to contribute with the assurance of
production targets (volume/quality) are met, keeping in view LPIC requirements
and maintaining safe practices to supporting Orpic Operations.
Minimum Qualifications for
this position is Diploma in Administration or similar.
Formal administrative
training and office management practice will be an advantage.
Familiarity with production
processes and Data operation environments.
Minimum +5 years of relevant
experience in a similar role, preferably within a large industrial complex.
Knowledge of MS Office
applications (Outlook, Access, Project Viewer).
Knowledge of systems and
processes in petrochemical operations.
Functional Knowledge of
Business Applications such as SAP.
Experience in producing
correspondence and documents.
Familiar with communication
and documentation protocols in a large industrial complex.
Excellent communication,
interpersonal, and analytical skills
Strong knowledge of
development and support methodologies / architectures
Able to assist in developing
and documenting job related procedures
Strong understanding of
Operational best practices
Strong time management
Detail oriented and ability
to multi-task
