Thiruvananthapuram Regional Co-operative Milk Producers’ Union Limited, affiliated to Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Limited popularly known as “MILMA”, is a professionally managed, fast growing organization engaged in Procurement, Processing & Marketing of Milk and Milk Products with an annual turnover of Rs.1100 Crores. Applications are invited to fill up the post of ‘MANAGING DIRECTOR’ for the organization.

Regional Co-operative Milk Producers' Union Ltd (TRCMPU) was registered in
1985, as a Regional Milk Union with 4 Southern Districts of Kerala viz,
Thiruvananthapuram, Kollam, Alappuzha and Pathanamthitta as its area of
operation. Union is involved in procurement, processing and marketing of milk
and milk products in the area of operation for the last 35 years and at present
Union is the marketing leader in its area of operation procuring on an average
of 3.82 lakhs litres of milk per day and selling 4.93 lakhs litres of milk per
day. The organization is committed on the sale of value added products which
have bearing on the profitability of the Union.
Educational Qualification
A Good
Degree in Food Technology/Engineering/Dairy Technology/Animal
Husbandry/Agriculture/CA, preferably with a postgraduate qualification in
Business Management. Explanatory note:“Good Degree” means “a 4 years B.Tech/
B.E / B.Sc degree in Food Technology/Engineering/Dairy Technology/Agriculture
or 5 year degree in Veterinary Science (Animal Husbandry) from a recognized
University”
Experience
Must have at
least 10 years managerial experience, out of which 3 years as overall in-charge
of respective field and should be a man of proven managerial competence.
Scale of Pay and other benefits
Rs.81,875/-
– Rs.1,48,945/-, The pay and other allowances will be as per the rules of the
Union and Dearness Allowance will be at Kerala State Government rate.
Age limit
The maximum
age limit is 55 years as on 01-01-2020.
