	from any institution registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 (Central Act XXI of 1860) or the Travancore Cochin
	Literary Scientific and Charitable Societies Registration Act 1955 (XII of 1955) or from any institution run by the local bodies using
	Government grant or from any autonomous grant-in-aid institutions.
