Office-In-Charge Polyclinic	Candidate with Any Graduate Degree with five years of working experience in Health Care institutions or Managerial Positions.
Gynecologist	Doctorate Degree in Doctor of Medicine or Master of Science or Diplomate of National Board with three years of experience in the relevant field.
Medical Specialist	Doctorate Degree in the field of Doctor of Medicine or Master of Science or Diplomate of National Board with minimum five years of experience in the relevant field.
Medical Officer	Bachelor’s Degree in the field of MBBS with minimum five years of experience after Internship.
Dental Officer	Bachelor’s Degree in the field of Dental Surgery with minimum five years of experience in the relevant field.
Dental Hygienist	Diploma in the field of Dental Hygienist with minimum five years of experience in the field of Dental Laboratory.
Radiographer	Diploma in the field of Radiographer with minimum five years of experience in the relevant field.
Physiotherapist	Diploma in the field of Physiotherapy with minimum five years of experience in the relevant field.
